Fast food restaurant "Subway" in the shopping center "Grand Mall"

I can't believe I have to use this silly machine to make my own sandwich. The staff aren't helpful, and the system is just awful.

Стандартный уголок, ничего особенного. Чисто и светло, есть большая витрина.

Персонал старается, вежливый, но почти всегда не говорит на других языках. Заказ проходит без проблем.

Заказал через WIDIS, специальный завтрак: круассан с индейкой + американо за 9.90 лари. Американо стоит 3 лари. Кофе обычный, круассан лучше было бы подогреть. Соус слишком жидкий и кислый, хотелось бы более густой.

The staff are polite and work hard, but they rarely speak other languages. Ordering process is smooth.

Ordered via the WIDIS app with the same prices as displayed. Tried the breakfast deal: turkey croissant + Americano for 9.90 GEL. The Americano is priced at 3 GEL. The coffee is average, and the croissant could be better if warmed. The sauce is too runny and sour; a thicker one would be preferable.

Terrible service. The kiosk doesn't let you scroll down easily and just picks water by default. I wasn't aware of this, and the manager had trouble with it too. I couldn’t change my drink even though it wasn’t opened. You're better off going to the nearby McDonald's.

Персонал ужасно грубый! Была здесь в разное время, но сервис не меняется. Не хотят обслуживать и ясно это показывают. Хотела заказать сэндвич с тунцом 15 см, но его не было в приложении, а за прилавком тоже не хотят обслуживать.

Персонал не говорит на английском и не всегда понимает заказы. Ингредиенты в блюдах могут оказаться случайными, не соответствующими заявленным. Цены слишком высокие, а время ожидания еды чрезмерное.
