How to Update Information in a Company Listing

To update information in a company listing on Madloba.info, send an email from your company's official email address to [email protected], specifying the changes and verifying your representation. Updates are processed in order of receipt.

What You Can Update

In a company listing, you can update:

• Company name (in case of an official rename)
• Legal and physical address
• Business phone number, email
• Hours of operation
• Field of activity and specialization
• Listing description (you can submit your own version — we will publish it)
• Logo, photos (on request or as part of premium placement)
• Links to the official website and social media

What cannot be done through information updates:

• Removing the listing entirely (see article "Can a Company Listing Be Removed")
• Removing customer reviews (see "Review Moderation Policy")
• Changing the position in directory rankings (this is automated ranking logic)

Step 1 — Prepare the Email

The email should include:

1. A link to the listing — for example, https://madloba.info/en/tbilisi/gardens-and-parks/national-botanical-garden-of-georgia/
2. What exactly needs to be updated — the specific field and its current value
3. What it should be — the correct version, with documentary confirmation if possible (link to your official website, registry, photo of signage)
4. Confirmation of representation — your role at the company (director / marketing manager / authorized representative)

Step 2 — Send from Your Company's Official Email

The email must be sent from one of the following channels:

• The company's official email, listed on your website or in the registry
• An SMS to our number from the company's official phone (if you don't have a business email)
• A message via the company's official Facebook page

Step 3 — Wait for Processing

The Madloba.info directory contains more than 100,000 companies across Georgia, and each is presented in three languages. We process updates in order of receipt.

Expedited processing on request is not available. Repeated emails with the same request do not speed up processing — on the contrary, repeated submissions cause the request to automatically move to the back of the queue.

Once changes have been made, you will receive a notification at the same email address.

If You Want to Completely Rewrite the Description

If you are not satisfied with the current description text in the listing and want to replace it with your own version:

1. Write your text (we recommend 200–500 words)
2. Send it to [email protected]
3. We will publish it in the listing with minimal editorial revision (grammar, consistent style)

This is free of charge and available to all companies, not just premium clients.

If You Don't Have an Official Email or Website

If your company is small and doesn't have a business email:

• Use the company's official Facebook — write to us from there
• Or SMS from the phone number listed on Google Maps as the company's contact
• We verify authenticity by matching with open sources
