What to Do If You Disagree with the Information in a Listing
If you disagree with the information about your company in the Madloba.info directory - there are several paths to resolution, depending on what exactly is causing the disagreement. In most cases, the issue is resolved by changing specific fields in the listing within 2–4 weeks.
Identify What Exactly You Disagree With

Standard Path - Updating the Listing
This resolves 90% of disagreement cases:

- List specifically what is incorrect and what it should be
- Where possible, attach confirmation (link to website, registry, photo of signage)
- Wait for processing (typically 2–4 weeks)

If You Believe You Did Not Consent to Being Listed
Madloba.info publishes open information about companies - that is, information that the company has already placed in public sources (website, Facebook, registry, Google Maps). It works on the same principle as Google Maps, 2GIS, Yell.ge, and other business directories.
Consent to publishing open information about a legal entity is not required by the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection - that law protects data of natural persons, not companies.

If You Believe a Review Is False
If a specific review contains factually false statements and you have documentary evidence - send it to [email protected]. We will review your inquiry under our Review Moderation Policy.
If, however, the review is simply negative but stays within normal language standards - it will not be removed. But you can respond to it on behalf of the company free of charge, and your response will be visible to all readers.
