Ordered multiple drumsticks and fries for 10 lari, but only got one drumstick and some fries. Total ripoff! The self-service stands weren’t working, which might have influenced my order. Overall, I wouldn’t come back. 0/10.

Batum'un göbeğinde böyle kötü bir yer olamaz! Yediğim en kötü yemeklerden biriydi. Bayat ekmekle, pişmemiş ve kötü kokulu tavuk menüsü sundular. Dillerini bilmediğimiz için bir şey söyleyemedik ve yarıda bırakarak kalktık. Gerçekten daha kötüsü olamaz, en kötü şube!

I asked for a non-spicy burger but got a spicy one instead. It was my only request, and they messed it up. Plus, they rarely have wet wipes available and I’ve only received them once in all my visits.

Ужасно! Не стоит здесь заказывать — не повторяйте мою ошибку! Курица больше напоминает соль с куриным привкусом. Прочитал комментарии ниже, надеюсь, что обойдётся без отравления. Самое ужасное место и ещё по таким ценам. В Грузии фастфуд — это отдельный вид мазохизма…

We got a Caesar salad, but there was no fork on the tray. When we asked for one, we were told they had run out, and apparently, a fork isn't needed for a salad. They didn't seem to care 😬 Terrible service and careless towards customers. I wouldn't recommend it.
