The cinema in City Mall is poorly managed, and I feel I deserve a refund for the overpriced tickets. During the "Obsession" screening on July 11 at 22:00, the screen was completely black for 10 minutes. This isn't the first time I've faced issues like this. Last year, during the "Inside Out" screening, the lights were on for the first 15 minutes. Another time, the "Wuthering Heights" movie started 10 minutes late. Please fix these problems; it's impossible to enjoy movies in your theater.

The picture quality is terrible: it's blurry, washed out, and the contrast is way too high. Even a basic school projector would deliver a better image than this. Charging for such a poor experience feels like a total scam. I regret not checking the reviews before wasting my money here.

Don't spend your money on that screen experience; it's terrible. The picture quality is poor, the surround sound is nearly nonexistent, and the side screens are misaligned. Plus, it costs twice as much as the regular option. Total waste.

I won’t be returning to this cinema. While it may not be entirely the cinema's fault, there are too many rude customers who arrive late, shine bright lights around, and talk or use their phones during the film. I was really enjoying the beginning of the movie until two disrespectful women came in and kept their lights on for over five minutes, even after being asked to search quietly through their bags. They started talking loudly, and once their family showed up, they continued to disrupt everyone around them. Eventually, I just left. The staff seemed understanding, but my experience was ruined because this behavior is allowed. Maybe we need someone to manage the audience and address such rudeness.
