I went there to buy halal ground beef and red meat. The butcher looked at me suspiciously and asked where I was from. After I told him, he started whispering to his coworker. He handed me some ground beef but had a hostile expression. When I asked for red meat, he refused to give it to me. I really don’t understand how they can still be employed there. I won’t be returning.

I ordered 3 kg of meat and specifically chose the piece I wanted, but the butcher disregarded my choice and gave me a fatty cut instead. When I asked to switch for a leaner piece, he refused.

I tried to talk to the manager, but he seemed unable to help or change the staff's attitude. The employees were rude and unprofessional during the whole interaction.

To make matters worse, they insisted on payment before considering any changes, even though they hadn’t fulfilled my original request.

The customer service was poor, the attitude was disrespectful, and there was no consideration for my preferences. I cannot recommend this place and will not return.
