I absolutely adore master Ekaterina at the Vake branch. I've been coming to this salon for years and have tried various masters, but I always ended up red after my brow treatments. Since I started going to her, I've never left the salon with redness. I also had eyelash lamination done twice with her, and it lasts over a month. Overall, I highly recommend her! ⭐️

I had two appointments today – eyelash extensions with Khatuna (both upper and lower lashes) and Hollywood brows with Kate. I'm really pleased with both services; they turned out fantastic! Khatuna suggested the best way to achieve a natural look for my eyelashes, and I'm thrilled with the result 🙂

I found this salon by chance during the day when I needed to clean up my eyebrows and do a bit of shaping. There was no wait, and the whole process was quick and straightforward. They used waxing and tweezers, finishing with an eyebrow gel that styled the hairs nicely. I was really pleasantly surprised! Usually, salons take forever or mess up the shaping, which leaves me feeling disappointed and drained. But not here. The outcome was stunning, far better than I expected for the price of 40 lari. The lady was gentle, efficient, and kind, and she listened to my requests for the specific shape I wanted. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this place! I will definitely return!

I just had the Express Lash Extension done and I'm thrilled with how it turned out. It was exactly what I was looking for.
Khatuna surpassed all my expectations. She was fantastic throughout the entire process. I wanted a natural look with dark brown lashes that would complement my face shape, and she nailed it.
She’s not only highly skilled but also warm, friendly, and easy to chat with, which made the whole experience very enjoyable.

My experience at this beauty salon was completely unacceptable. I went in for a simple brow shape correction and lightening, but during the waxing, the aesthetician accidentally tore skin off my eyelid and eyebrow area. After the appointment, my skin was left red, painful, irritated, and visibly damaged. I have photos to prove it.
What shocked me even more was how the salon responded. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they claimed I must have been using retinols at home, which I repeatedly told them I don’t. It was incredibly disrespectful for their staff and social media manager to argue with me about my own skincare routine just to dodge accountability.
Additionally, I requested a natural lightening for my brows, but they ended up turning yellow and orange in the sunlight. The whole situation was handled with no professionalism or accountability, and they chose to blame me instead of acknowledging the damage caused. I would never trust this salon with my face again. - A
