The reality of this place doesn't match the photos shared online. It's incredibly disappointing to arrive and see that the property looks nothing like what was advertised. This is a clear case of misrepresentation.
The entire house reeks of cigarettes and is quite dirty. There are serious cleanliness issues, such as unclean beds and surfaces that are as dirty as the floor. The heating radiators are also filled with dust and grime, which worsens the air quality and adds to the unpleasant smell.
The surroundings are just as discouraging. With construction happening all around, the entire area is blocked off by large wooden panels. Instead of enjoying a nice view, you feel trapped in a construction zone, not in a relaxing place.
Service and communication were poor throughout my stay. The amenities were also not well managed; although there's a barbecue, the owners didn't provide any firewood or even an axe to use it. Without basic supplies, the amenities are pretty much useless.
Unless there’s an absolute emergency, I wouldn't recommend spending the night here. It's not worth the money, especially when you can find a much better experience at any hotel in Tbilisi for the same price. - C
I can't recommend this place at all and definitely won't be returning. The sheets were dirty, making it impossible to sleep there. After seeing the overall condition, I questioned the cleanliness of everything. The yard is nice, and you could enjoy it if the weather is good, but you can't shake off the unpleasant memories of this place when you get home.
