I am really let down by my appointment today. When I booked, I clearly stated in our Instagram messages that I wanted a nail design, not just a solid color. I expected the appointment to allow enough time for that.

After my gel was removed, I was unexpectedly informed that there wasn't enough time for the design due to scheduling issues. This wasn't my fault, and I find it unfair that I had to leave without the service I booked, especially since I have an important event coming up.

I was charged 40 GEL for gel removal and nail shaping, even though I left without getting the service I actually wanted. What upset me the most was not just the scheduling error, but the lack of acknowledgment or attempts to offer a solution or compensation. I left feeling very upset.

This week is packed for me, and I set aside today specifically for this appointment. I even woke up at 9:00 AM to ensure I would arrive on time since this was the only day I had available before my event.

I've been a client for about seven months and have always been satisfied with your work, which is why today was so disappointing. I even wrote a positive Google review because I genuinely trusted your salon.

I hope you can find a fair resolution to this situation, as I really don’t think my experience today reflects the professionalism I have always associated with your team.

The gel on my nails stays perfect until my next visit. Hygiene is top-notch; tools are sealed for each client and disinfected after every step. Ani is careful, never in a rush, and she always checks on every detail you want in the design. She's patient and willing to change any color or design if you're not satisfied. Highly recommended 💅✨
