I requested 60-80 units of Dysport but ended up with 250, which I only realized after being charged. This was way too much and looks really bad. It felt like a scam, and I got the impression they didn’t want me there. Maybe they thought it was fine since I’m a foreigner, but I actually come to the area often and have used their services before. I can't recommend this place. The only reason I'm giving two stars is that at least my face is evenly heavy and overdone.

The customer service, especially from management, was awful. The treatments were decent, but the cosmetology service was really bad. Since these aspects aren't minor, good management is crucial.
