Terrible staff.

I went to buy a power bank and ended up with one that had a terrible battery life. I was told I could return it if I wasn't happy. When I returned 11 days later, I was informed that returns were only allowed within a week, even though there was no mention of this policy on the receipt or any paperwork. On top of that, the staff was really rude and dismissive. Very disappointing customer service, and it felt like they didn’t care about customers once the sale was made.

The store claims to be open from Monday to Saturday, but that's not true; it was closed on Wednesday.

The staff here are extremely friendly. When I inquired about a Type A to Type C plug adapter, they surprised me by giving me one as a thoughtful gift — it was such an unexpected and generous act. It really brightened my day. This is a wonderful shop with welcoming service.
