The service is terrible. I waited in line for 10 minutes, and then a staff member chose to assist someone who was behind me instead. After that, I had to wait another 10 minutes. What kind of favoritism is this? Why am I being overlooked?

Наш пылесос s20+ не работает. Магазин отказывается принять его обратно и никак не помогает решить проблему. От них только отговорки. Сплошной непрофессионализм и грубость. Им наплевать на клиентов и их опыт — одни обманщики. Никогда ничего здесь не покупайте, иначе зря потратите деньги.

They sell products knowing they have defects. The staff is extremely unhelpful.

Заказал пять ламп через сайт. Получил в магазине, но четыре из них не те, а одна сломана. Обнаружил дома, но возвращать их через весь город совсем не хочется. Судя по отзывам, это пустая трата времени. Убыток – 220 лари. Персонал, конечно, вежлив, но рекомендовать не могу.
