Прошлым годом я обратился в посольство в Тбилиси по поводу визы для визита к родственникам. К сожалению, я не успел увидеть бабушку живой, так как процесс подачи заявления на вид на жительство в Грузии затянулся. Гражданину Беларуси нельзя было подавать на визу в Тбилиси без разрешения на жительство. Когда мои документы рассматривали, бабушка умерла. Однако посольство оперативно выдало визу на похороны, заняло это не больше часа. Все документы я успел отправить по электронной почте во время поездки в Тбилиси. В такие моменты это действительно важно. Помимо этого, через 40 дней после её смерти я смог снова полететь в Латвию с этой визой. Недавно у меня возникли новые вопросы, и я снова обратился в посольство по электронной почте. В очередной раз был приятно удивлён: они быстро ответили и помогли решить мои вопросы. Спасибо большое за то, что, несмотря на политические проблемы, продолжаете помогать белорусам!

I’m Anilkumar and I lost my Latvia Temporary residency permit. The embassy provided a very quick response and issued a visa for me to re-enter Latvia in just one working day. It was truly incredible. I received the best service I have ever had at an embassy! It's also the best service I've experienced in Tbilisi anywhere I've visited. The girl at the reception desk, handling visas, was amazing! This is a 5-star experience and deserves even more if that were possible!
