This hotel is fantastic and is situated in a great area. The architecture is beautiful, and the rooms are tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable.

The highlight is definitely the staff, who are incredibly friendly and helpful. We only tried breakfast at the restaurant, but I recommend it as well!

This hotel is stunning, situated in a beautiful historic building in a great location. Each room has its own charm, and ours was very comfortable and quiet. What made our stay truly special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to offer suggestions and help us enjoy our time in the city. A heartfelt thanks to Neli for organizing an amazing Georgian dinner for us and for being consistently kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

We spent over a week at this hotel due to a medical situation, and it truly felt like home thanks to the warm and attentive staff. They even surprised me with flowers when I returned from the hospital and genuinely cared about how our trip was going. Their level of service is exceptional!

The building is stunning, and the location is ideal. The restaurant is lovely, and we really enjoyed breakfast there, so we recommend booking a room with breakfast (the Syrniki were the best we've ever had!). Our room was cleaned daily, and we appreciated the option for room service.

The historical charm of the house is beautiful, but being an old building means it's a bit noisy, and the rooms are on the smaller side. If you're sensitive to noise or need complete darkness to sleep, it might not be the best fit since the rooms don’t have blackout curtains. We managed fine with earplugs and a sleep mask, and we understand that older buildings come with their quirks.

As someone working in hospitality and tourism marketing, I value bold design, but it must prioritize functionality. My room had an unusual L-shape in the building's corner, which greatly restricted both space and view. The "cave-style" bed nook felt more cramped than comfortable.

This layout creates a confined atmosphere that disrupts the flow of the room and disconnects it from the city view, completely undermining the idea of a "City View" room. Good design should enhance the experience, not just look appealing in a brochure. This particular room type feels less impressive than standard business hotels and should be marketed as a "restricted view" or "discounted" option.

Although the bathroom amenities were a nice feature, the lack of a workspace or desk was a significant drawback. I hope the brand can find a better balance between innovative design and the essential needs for comfort and psychological security in the future.

We spent four nights at this lovely hotel. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff offered excellent service. Public transportation, including bus lines and the metro, is just a few minutes away. Highly recommend it!

This boutique hotel has a remarkable historical charm that makes your stay feel truly special. The staff were warm and welcoming, and I appreciated the experience of being in an elegant old residence with genuine character instead of a typical hotel.
