Furniture store chain "Belux"

We have spent a few thousand dollars on furniture at this store over the last six months and recently had our first experience with their support. One of our almost new Italian chairs had a leg that broke in half, which is clearly a manufacturing issue. I’m not even inquiring about the warranty; we are willing to pay for a replacement. I emailed on Monday but received no response. The following day, I called and was treated rudely, told they had seen my email and would call me back. Still, no one has reached out. It seems like customer service disappears once your delivery is made, leaving you to deal with any issues on your own. Please reach out to me with any feedback, and I will remove this review once the issue is resolved.

We purchased all the furniture we needed for our home there. The quality is excellent and the prices are reasonable. They have two large buildings and a wide variety of options.

Мебель хорошая, но с русскими клиентами общаются на русском 😭

Awful service!

შესანიშნავი მომსახურება!!

ძალიან კომპეტენტური და ყურადღებიანი პერსონალია.

Before 19:00, they turned off the lights and made me leave. I was in the office tables section when this happened.
