    I was not happy with my visit. The haircut looked odd, and the barber was late. It felt like they forgot about me until the receptionist noticed I had been waiting for almost 30 minutes after checking in. The barber did apologize, which was nice, but the haircut didn't match what I asked for. It was also quite noisy and chaotic during my time there, so it didn't feel like a premium experience worth 50 gel.

    This was the absolute worst and most unattractive haircut I've ever received. I need my money back. I specifically asked for a maintenance cut, but the barber didn't bother to ask any questions about my preferred style. They ended up cutting the sides way too short, almost the same length, with hardly any transition from the ears up. The whole thing was over in 10 minutes, whereas it usually takes at least 20–30 minutes elsewhere. A maintenance cut isn't rocket science. Now, I look like an awkward 12-year-old boy. It looked bad enough in the shop, but it's even worse now that I'm home. As someone who works in front of the camera, there's no way I can appear on screen with this awful haircut for at least a month. I was charged the same price I pay in Germany. Never going back.

    Не рекомендую

    Я предупредил, что опоздаю на 15 минут, ответили, что подождут. Пришел через 20 минут, но мастер уже был готов уйти. Администратор вместе с мастером отказались меня обслуживать, ссылаясь на правила. Никто не сообщил, что бронь отменяется, если опаздываешь более чем на 15 минут. Сказал, что больше не приду, им было все равно.

    Удачи такому бизнесу, сервис не рекомендую.

    I really needed a haircut, so I stopped by this awesome rock-themed barbershop. Ivan did a fantastic job with his expert skills and showed me how to use different combs effectively. It was a classic barbershop experience and probably the best haircut I've ever had. Definitely recommend this place and ask for Ivan!
