How to Add Your Organisation to the Madloba Directory
Madloba.info is a directory of companies operating in Georgia, serving three language groups: Georgian-speaking, Russian-speaking, and English-speaking. Basic listing is free. Each card is created in three languages - Georgian, Russian, and English - and indexed in both Google and Yandex.
Who Can Add an Organisation
Any official representative can submit a listing: a business owner, director, marketing manager, or an employee authorised to communicate on behalf of the organisation.
What to Prepare
Minimum required for a basic listing:
- Official name of the organisation
- Address and location (coordinates or a Google Maps link are preferred)
- Business phone number
- Field of activity (what the organisation does)
- A short description (150–300 words in any language - we will adapt it into all three)
Helpful but not required to get started:
- Business email
- Link to website or Facebook page
- Logo and photos
- Hours of operation
The more complete your submission from the first email, the faster the publication - and the better the card looks.
How to Submit
Step 1
Option 1 - Web form: Fill out the form directly on the website
Option 2 - Email: Send an email from your organisation's official address to 📩 [email protected]
Step 2. In the email, include:
- Subject line: "Add my organisation to the directory"
- Name, address, phone number
- Field of activity
- A short description (in any language)
- Link to website or Facebook (if available)
Step 3. Wait for confirmation. The editorial staff checks the data and publishes the card. You will receive a notification by the same e-mail.
Publication Timeline
Listings are published in order of receipt. Standard timeline: 5–7 business days after we receive complete data.

Free or Paid
Basic listing - free. A card with essential information, in three languages, searchable and indexed - this is the standard free placement.
The premium package includes:
- priority position in category,
- professional card design (photos, description),
- a dedicated manager,
- placement in Madloba ratings,
- and analytics.
What Happens After Publication
After publication, the card:
- Appears in the directory in three languages (KA / RU / EN)
- Is indexed by Google and Yandex
- Becomes available for user reviews
- May appear in Madloba's themed ratings
You can improve the card at any time - submit photos, rewrite the description, update contacts. This is free. Details
What Cannot Be Done at the Listing Stage
❌ List an organisation "for yourself" (an official role at the company is required)
❌ Block users from leaving reviews
❌ Control position in category without a premium package
