The church of Sts. Peter and Paul stands in Zemo Leteti in the west of Shida Kartli. The village also appears simply as Leteti: zemo in Georgian means upper.
The area lies north of Kareli, in the hills above the Kura valley, where villages stand in a chain along the slopes. Lower down, closer to the town, begins Kekhijvari with its church of St. George.
Regular services may not be held, and the church can be approached at any time. Modest clothing is appropriate, and candles and offerings are left in their places.
