The chapel of Saint Charalampos stands on a private plot in Avranlo. The dedication is telling: Saint Charalampos is especially venerated in the Greek tradition, and Greek communities historically lived in the villages of the Tsalka plateau.
The chapel is laid of roughly worked stone, plastered and painted white, with a tiled roof. An old gravestone is set into the wall, and it is the one detail that links the new building to earlier times.
Sources assign the chapel to the late twentieth century. It belongs to the dozen Avranlo chapels raised by the villagers across the village, each keeping its own dedication.
