A parish church of Saint George, the church of the upper half of the village. Tseva, like most villages of this belt, splits into an upper and a lower part, and the prefix zeda marks the upper one.
The village cluster lies in eastern Imereti, climbing the slope: the road and arable land below, yards and pasture above. The century of building is not established and no builders are recorded, so we will not ascribe antiquity to the structure.
The parish is rural and there are no regular services. Dress modestly, women wear a headscarf. The climb into the upper part of the cluster is better done in dry weather.
