Hotel "Gino Wellness"

The air conditioning was broken, and the doors kept slamming all night. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, while the bathroom had a sewage odor. The shower was clogged and had issues with temperature control. Amenities were lacking unless requested, and the lights were too harsh at night. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, but I hope they improve the rooms before renting them out again.

姆滋赫塔非常适合短暂住宿，方便从第比利斯打车往返。黄昏时在生命之柱教堂附近散步很悠闲。酒店有小泳池，可以享受阳光，特别适合夏秋季节。房间干净整洁，晚上安静，价格合理。早餐的咖啡拿铁非常好喝！酒店的服务人员热情且礼貌。姆滋赫塔的必看建筑有⛪️：生命之柱主教座堂、女修道院和十字修道院。

The staff was friendly and made an effort to assist. Unfortunately, the room had several issues: the door couldn't be locked from the inside, the refrigerator was not working, and the air conditioner was very loud and disruptive, making it hard to sleep. The bathroom was also uncomfortable, as the shower splashed water everywhere.

Fantastic location and service! The rooms are super comfy with a stunning view of the old city center and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

ძალიან კარგი პირობები იყო. ადრეც ვყოფილვარ და ახლა მდგომარეობა ბევრად უკეთესია, საუზმის კერძებიც უკეთესი გახდა. ოთახშიც სისუფთავე იყო.

ძალიან დამშვიდებელი, სუფთა და კომფორტული გარემოა. პერსონალი ძალიან ყურადღებიანია. დიდი მადლობა ასეთ მასპინძლობაზე!

โรงแรมไม่มีความปลอดภัย ประตูใหญ่หน้าที่พักไม่ล็อค เจ้าหน้าที่ไม่ได้อยู่ตลอดเวลา คนสามารถเข้าออกได้สะดวก ถ้าต้องการติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ก็มีเบอร์โทรฯ วางไว้แต่ไม่ได้ใช้จริงจัง อันตรายเกินไปห้องพักกว้างแต่ประตูไม่สามารถล็อคได้ คืนแรกเจ้าหน้าที่เผลอเปิดเข้ามาขณะที่เราหลับอยู่ ทำให้รู้สึกตกใจ ใช้คีย์การ์ดอย่างเดียว ไม่มีอะไรให้ภายในห้องเตียงนอนอยู่ในสภาพไม่ดี ที่นอนยุบไปข้างหนึ่ง bathrobe เก่าจนขาดเป็นผ้าขี้ริ้ว แต่ยังถูกพับเก็บไว้ในตู้ให้ลูกค้าใช้ ห้องไม่มีทิชชู่ แต่มีแชมพู 2 หลอด สบู่ 2 หลอด น้ำ 2 ขวดเล็กข้อดีคือที่ตั้งดี อยู่กลางเมือง เดินไปเที่ยวและหาร้านอาหารได้ง่าย มีที่จอดรถหน้าร้าน 5 คัน มีอาหารเช้าให้ แต่บริการตอน 9 โมง เช้าเป็นอาหารทั่วไปไม่หรูหราแค่ให้พอกินค่ะ

The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was very attentive. The atmosphere was also really nice.

The visit was just "okay".

Some points to note:
1. We arrived at midnight and were told we could check out late, but the next day, we were rushed to leave the room and I couldn't even shower.
2. The next morning, they charged us 20 Gel per person to use the pool.
3. Although there's an elevator, no one helped with our bags.
4. The room didn't lock from the inside.
5. For over 200 Gel, there are better places nearby.
6. The balcony is only big enough for two people to stand.

On the positive side:
1. The staff at the restaurant on the fourth floor was very helpful.
2. The food was hot and fresh.
3. It's one of the few places with an elevator.
4. The location is convenient, with everything nearby.
5. The views are nice and it's peaceful outside.
