A wonderful spot for a relaxing getaway with a pleasant ambiance and a lovely garden. The host is extremely hospitable, kind, and accommodating.
Bardzo uprzejmy gospodarz, który częstuje swojskim alkoholem i organizuje wycieczki. Smaczne śniadanie wliczone w cenę. Otrzymaliśmy bardzo przestronny pokój (w zasadzie podwójny pokój) z łazienką i osobnym wejściem z tyłu domu. Kuchnia do wspólnego użytku. Dużo miejsc parkingowych na ulicy. Sama okolica niezbyt atrakcyjna.
Тимур — самый гостеприимный хозяин в Кутаиси, забота которого заметна в каждой детали. Он встретил нас в аэропорту и обеспечивал транспорт везде, куда нам было нужно. При желании можно заказать экскурсии, и всё это за символичную плату. Завтраки были обильными, и вино бесплатно. Тимур даже предложил более лучший номер, чем мы ожидали, со всем необходимым, включая личный санузел. Вечерами мы с ним и другими гостями устраивали шашлыки. Хоть в отзывах на Booking и бывают замечания, я рекомендую остановиться у него. Здесь цена и качество на высшем уровне, и тепло общения остаётся в памяти надолго. Кутаиси без Тимура трудно представить!
The rooms are average, and the owner tends to overbook. Despite the description promising a private bathroom, fridge, and balcony, you might end up in a small room where all these amenities are shared in the corridor. The breakfast is mediocre and small. The owner also comes to push you to check out 10 minutes before the designated time. I wouldn't recommend it.
This is more like an Airbnb than a traditional guesthouse. The small bathroom with a shower is shared with the family living there.
Our experience was exceptional. Everything exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend this place.
