Bowling club "Arena - Bowling & Billiards"

Great spot to relax.

The service here is terrible and not acceptable at all. The staff are rude and indifferent, acting as if customers are a nuisance. The male staff, in particular, are unprofessional and disrespectful. There are long waits for service or to play, often without any reason, and sometimes you’re just ignored. The area for drinks is unkempt and lacks attention. Such poor customer service is not okay, and improvements are badly needed.

Terrible service.

The visible concrete structure is very appealing, and the design has a cozy minimal vibe. The billiards section feels like pure America, and the bowling lanes are fantastic. It's nice to come here. The coffee is capsule-made and served in a 250 ml cup, no matter which kind you order. The staff is helpful and understanding. The place has a great atmosphere.
