    Находится в центре города и носит имя Ильи Чавчавадзе. В прошлом году я оформила годовой абонемент. Здесь представлены книги на русском языке, а отдел иностранной литературы всегда радует новыми находками. Есть хороший читальный зал. Здание само по себе представляет историческую ценность. Сотрудники библиотеки всегда встречают посетителей с вежливостью и заботой.
