Welcome to Gradusi Restaurant! We are pleased to offer you a unique gastronomic journey in the heart of Georgia.

Our restaurant is located at FFCQ+94F, Gudauri, Mtskheta-Mtianeti, Georgia. You can easily find us in the very center of the city, in a popular neighborhood.

    The place seems unkempt and chaotic. Even though it wasn't busy, we waited over an hour for our food, and the waitstaff showed no concern. Customers should at least be informed about wait times, especially if there's a kitchen issue. Our friends from Tbilisi ordered just fries and waited an hour, only to find out they had run out of them after inquiring at the bar. Our food took more than an hour to arrive too. While the food was tasty, the portions were quite small, and the mulled wine was enjoyable.

    A concerning highlight was seeing the waitstaff use the restroom and leave without washing their hands afterwards. Think twice before ordering here. This place has potential, but it seems the management doesn't care.

    Waiting too long for food, some orders were forgotten, and certain dishes never arrived.

    The place seems overly focused on making money, and at least one staff member has been seen kicking dogs, including puppies, so hard that they end up limping and whining for days.

    The food was decent, but we waited 50 minutes for four chicken BBQs. The waitstaff seemed indifferent, barely acknowledging us. Overall, the service was poor.
