Tsetskhlisjvari is known as a tower, and the whole place around is mentioned as the Seturni complex as well. Towers of this kind were built in the mountains as watchposts and dwellings, and usually stood by the roads.

The site is open and there are no gates. Approach the tower with care: the old masonry holds poorly and it is better not to climb inside. The place suits a walk with children, though they need watching by the walls.
