The kinetic sculpture "Ali and Nino" stands on Batumi Boulevard, within the Park of Wonders, among the monuments, statues and fountains of the city. The impressive height of the figures, reaching 8 meters, immediately attracts attention. At first glance it seems ordinary during the day, but in fact it has special features. In the evening it is transformed, enveloped in a multicolored light and begins to move slowly.
The two silhouetted figures move smoothly in a circle, sometimes drawing closer, sometimes moving away from each other. The book "Ali and Nino" tells the romantic story of lovers Nino, a Georgian, and Ali, an Azerbaijani.
These young people went through many trials to be together, but their fate ended tragically. Realizing the depth of this work, looking at the sculpture, you can fully feel its emotional power and significance.

In the end, despite all the difficulties, they managed to overcome obstacles and marry, though their life together remained difficult and unexpected.

The excitement begins each evening at 7 o'clock, when the installation comes to life with bright neon lights, creating fascinating plays of light and shadow on the sea surface and on the sculpture itself. This movement lasts 10 minutes. During the day, the motionless statues of a man and a woman become translucent, blending into the background of the sky and giving the surroundings a special charm and mystery.
