Посетила клинику, где была у эндокринолога и невролога. Эндокринолог внимательно выслушал мои жалобы и назначил необходимые анализы, все прошло хорошо. А вот у невролога я пришла с конкретной проблемой, но, к сожалению, врач не смог дать ответ и создал впечатление, что не считает эту проблему реальной, будто я ее выдумала.

Подробности:
1. Указано, что учреждение работает круглосуточно, но в воскресенье никто не отвечал на звонки. Написал в чат — ответ пришел только через несколько часов, обещали уточнить время приема и исчезли.
2. В понедельник утром так и не связались, пришлось звонить самому. Записался на вторник.
3. Во вторник попросили перенести прием на вечер из-за операции у врача. Согласились.
4. Приехали за 20 минут до приема — было закрыто. Открыли только в назначенное время, а врач опоздал на 20 минут.
5. Сам прием длился около 5 минут, а стоил 180 лари.
Результат — полная неорганизованность, неуважение к времени клиентов и сервис, явно не соответствующий своей цене. - 모

I had a great experience with this medical center. The examination process was top-notch, quick, and professional. My appointment with the endocrinologist was set up smoothly, and the service was efficient and well-coordinated. Since everything was handled through medical insurance, I was particularly pleased with how fast and well it was done. I haven't seen the final report yet, so can't speak to the pricing, but I'm hopeful it meets my expectations. Overall, I'm happy with the service and can recommend this place.
