В ужасе от сервиса. Ожидания зашкалили, а реальность с треском развалилась. Сделать замеры, да, приехали. Сборка — кошмар наяву, вечно опаздывали. Стол оказался великаном, даже переставить некогда. Прошло полтора месяца, ни звонков, ни стука. Директор как сквозь землю провалился. Жалею, что уже почти оплатил. Чувствую себя обманутым.

Delivery coordination was a headache. Promised times shifted from noon to late afternoon. Assembly took ages, and the table didn't fit. Adjustments were promised, but communication died out. Still waiting for that table leg after almost two months. Feel pretty let down.

Заказала мебель дистанционно. Они сами приехали, сделали замеры. Когда я прибыла, начали сборку, но все оказалось непросто. Обещали приехать в 12:00, а приезжали только к 17:00. До моего отъезда работу так и не завершили. Стол оказался слишком большим, договорились уменьшить его и добавить ножку. Уехала. Прошло полтора месяца, связаться не удалось – директор Арчил не отвечает на звонки, установка не завершена. О размерах стола узнала в последний момент перед отъездом. Обещали закончить на следующий день. Почти всю сумму уже заплатила. Считаю, это непорядочно.
