New Concept is a renovation company in Batumi offering a full service cycle: from concept and design to delivery of the completed project. The team works with apartments, houses, and commercial spaces in Batumi and throughout Adjara.
Our main areas of expertise include interior design, floor plan development, technical documentation and cost estimates, and turnkey apartment renovations. The company oversees every stage, from contract signing and planning to author and technical supervision.
Our services include construction and finishing work, electrical installation, heating and water supply systems, and complete furnishings, appliances, and decorative elements. This approach allows us to implement the project within a unified concept, eliminating disparate contractors and compromising quality.
New Concept is ideal for those seeking a systematic and well-thought-out renovation in Georgia's summer capital, with a transparent estimate and professional oversight.
