Замечательное место для тренировок.

Первое, что бросается в глаза, — куча медалей и кубков повсюду. Это место, где действительно учат драться, а не просто фитнесом занимаются. Даже дети здесь показывают отличные результаты. Тренеры постоянно следят за техникой, исправляют ошибки и делают это на трёх языках. Атмосфера настоящая, рабочая, без клубной музыки и коммерческого лоска. Парень на ресепшене великолепно говорит по-английски и очень обходителен.
Из минусов: зал небольшой и находится в подвале, в раздевалке тесновато и мест явно не хватает. Меня удивило, как в таком крошечном пространстве поддерживается такой порядок и чистота, да и оборудование всегда в отличном состоянии. Видно, что за всем хорошо следят. Разовое посещение стоит 20 лари. Есть программа лояльности для организаций. Обязательно загляну сюда снова. - m

Excellent gym, definitely worth a visit. I participate in beginner and intermediate Muay Thai classes and sometimes join the sparring sessions. My feedback is primarily based on these experiences, but I've also observed the boxing and Jiu-Jitsu groups. The training sessions are well-structured and intense. The atmosphere is welcoming, especially for foreigners. Coaches often translate instructions from Georgian to English or Russian, and some conduct sessions entirely in English or Russian. The community is fantastic—members are friendly and supportive. Pricing is fair, and gear like gloves and shinguards can be rented if needed. My only suggestions would be to introduce more variety in the training plans, as the combinations can feel a bit repetitive, and for coaches to focus more on refining techniques, particularly for beginners.

I've experienced many elite teams, and I can confidently say there’s no better place for a welcoming atmosphere and outstanding coaches, whether you’re a pro, an amateur, or a newbie. Initially, I assumed it focused solely on striking, particularly Muay Thai, but the MMA sessions truly impressed me as well.
