This is the noisiest coworking space I've ever been to. I stayed for a few weeks and there's a company here where everyone talks extremely loudly. They even brought children who ran around screaming. The fridge is out of order. People don't close the outside doors, so the entire place smells like cigarettes. If you get a fixed desk, make sure you sit in the back. I would upload a video to show this, but I don't want to put people's faces online without permission.

My team and I really appreciate the employees, especially Nini, who is always quick and professional, ensuring our comfort. The coffee is the best I've had in any coworking space, and the Energy Mix has become my favorite snack. However, the internet could be faster with better coverage. My current download speed is 35.48 Mbps and upload speed is 36.54 Mbps, which feels slow for a coworking space where we need to transfer large files. Big thanks to the entire team!

The internet is consistently unreliable. I've been with my company here for three years, and despite spending two years trying to address this issue with their IT team, nothing has improved. Every time I have an important call, I'm forced to search for a reliable connection elsewhere. It baffles me how they can be so unprofessional. The workspace itself is comfortable, and the staff (apart from IT) is polite, but without a stable internet connection, this place is not a functional coworking space. I've heard countless people complain to the receptionist, yet nothing ever changes.

The location is perfect, positioned in a lively area with easy access to public transportation, local cafes, and facilities that make both work and relaxation super convenient. What really makes this coworking space stand out is the outstanding team running it. From the very first day, the staff have been warm, attentive, and professional, quickly addressing every requirement with a personal approach. Their dedication to fostering a supportive community makes you feel really comfortable, whether you're a freelancer, part of a startup, or working remotely.

It’s generally clean and the people are friendly. However, the space is vast with many people around. The desks are small, and the chairs are outdated. Some individuals take calls right in the open despite the dedicated rooms available. I wouldn’t say this specific location is that comfortable, unless you’re really in need.

Working in Vake Towers, Tbilisi, is fantastic. The environment is superb and tranquil, making it easy for me to concentrate and get things done efficiently. The staff members are extremely supportive and always willing to help with anything I need. It's a wonderful spot to collaborate and connect with fellow professionals.

Pretty dim.

1. Чтобы попасть в здание, нужно оставить паспорт на первом этаже. Это выглядит странно в 2023 году.
2. Везде чувствуется запах сигаретного дыма. :(
3. Стулья просто неудобные и довольно старые. У всех есть нерегулируемый подголовник, который сгибает шею вперёд. Утро начинается с квеста "найди устойчивый стул".
4. Нет кулеров с бесплатной водой.
5. При всём этом цена за день довольно высокая.

Из хорошего:
1. Просторное помещение.
2. Приятный и дружелюбный хозяин.
3. Бесплатные туалеты.
4. Принимают криптовалюту.

Рабочая среда оставляет желать лучшего. 1. Открытая терраса для курящих приводит к распространению сигаретного дыма повсюду, особенно в холодное время года, когда разница давления на улице и в помещении ощутима. К концу дня у меня начала болеть голова. 2. Внутри довольно жарко: думаю, больше 25 градусов. Вентиляция постоянно отключается другими пользователями в открытом пространстве. Можно попробовать открыть окна, чтобы компенсировать, но это принесёт дополнительный шум и пыль. Не рекомендую.

- Очень многолюдно. Платный кофе — это просто смешно. Крайне неудобные стулья, они сами по себе опускаются, пока сидишь.

Недостатков в этом коворкинге оказалось больше, чем ожидалось. Во-первых, кофе платный, и, выложив 200 долларов за абонемент, вы будете доплачивать 3 доллара за каждую чашку. На бесплатной кухне всего пара вилок и ложка, а у чайника крышка не держится. Игровая комната отсутствует, хотя обещали; вместо нее — переговорная. Замечу, что по тарифу "всё включено" доступно всего 6 часов переговорок в месяц.

Чтобы войти в здание и получить временный пропуск, нужно предъявить паспорт. Затем необходимо посетить ресепшн (5 этаж, лифт в конце коридора) для переписки данных и получения постоянного пропуска. Это может быть неудобно, но найдется способ обойти систему — в здании есть два аварийных входа без карточек. Камеры, конечно, стоят, но администрация за потерю ответственности не несет.

После четырех дней напоминаний я так и не получил ключ от шкафчика. Никакого зала для тренировок или даже минимального турника нет. Зато в день можно распечатать 30 листов — выгодно, если заняться перепродажей. Подписка не возвращается: сначала оплатите, потом подпишите договор. Свет в комнатах для созвонов ужасный. Кулера нет, только вода из-под крана. Оставленные на столе бутылки уборщица выбрасывает.

Самое приятное — это флаги "Stand with Ukraine". Они везде, особенно впечатляют те, что у входа. Жаль, что скидка украинцам около 0%. В целом, опыт получился неудачным: серьезные минусы перевесили возможные плюсы.

The chairs are uncomfortable, and there are no cozy spots for working. It’s smoky in the common area, and you even have to pay for coffee and water. That’s just absurd. This place is far behind any other European co-working spaces.

This place is fantastic for all sorts of adult and children's activities, from coworking and business presentations to trainings and workshops, or anything else you can imagine. It features halls, private rooms, a modern interior design, comfortable areas, and excellent lighting. Prices are as of 5th March 2023.

The smoke in this place is unbearable; it's hard to breathe. People light up on the terrace, and since the doors are manual, they often stay open, making it feel like smokers are right next to you. It's terrible, and the staff is useless when it comes to handling this situation. It's not healthy at all — it's like being in the 1970s again. Smoking like this can lead to cancer.

This is a fantastic spot for business meetings, small conferences, and edit-a-thons. They also offer lunch options.

The place looks fantastic! It has a sleek modern design, comfortable seating areas, numerous separate spaces for meetings, and excellent cleanliness.

The biggest downside of this coworking space is the balcony, which has been turned into a smoking area. It's a shame because the constant smoke makes it inaccessible for non-smokers. Other than that, everything is wonderful. I agree with the positive feedback about the chairs.

Das Reinigungspersonal scheint überlastet zu sein. Die Toiletten werden nicht vor Beginn der Arbeitszeit gereinigt, was unpraktisch ist. Auch die Tische werden nicht jeden Tag abgewischt, sodass man morgens auf schmutzige Tische trifft. Das restliche Personal ist jedoch sehr freundlich.

Стильное пространство, где можно насладиться кофе и вкусными лакомствами в местном баре. Ванную комнату делят все посетители. Единственный недостаток — к вечеру запах сигарет чувствуется во всех зонах. Это происходит из-за плохо закрываемой курящей зоны, да и из окон иногда доносится.

Постоянных мест практически нет, и все стулья одинаковые и ужасно неудобные. Людям, чей рост выше 170 см, будет очень трудно на них сидеть, вокруг все сидят сгорбившись. В офисе на Абашидзе стулья куда более комфортные.

Большое пространство для работы. Приятным бонусом являются бесплатные переговорные, которые в других местах часто отсутствуют. Скорость интернета колеблется от 10 до 15 Мбит/с. Существенный недостаток — крайне неудобные стулья, в других местах они немного лучше.
