Treat your guests better and learn some basic customer service. Do not come here. Other casinos like Adjara are much better.

Absolutely the worst casino experience. The dealers are incredibly rude, chatting about players in Georgian, not realizing I understand every word. The referral program is a complete scam. I referred a friend who lost $100 and got a bonus, but when I brought in two more people who wagered over $500 combined, I was told I wasn't eligible for any bonus. Don't waste your time here; they're just out to take advantage of players.

Their tone was generally rude, and they even gave people dirty looks, which is incredibly disrespectful. This wasn’t just a one-time occurrence—many staff members behaved this way. It makes me question whether this reflects Georgian culture or if they are trained to act like this here. Such poor customer service is entirely unacceptable and needs urgent improvement.

Our group of over a dozen friends visited the casino today. Although we each lost over $1,000 on August 16th, we enjoyed being together and shared the excitement of our friends' winnings. However, our experience was ruined by a very rude bartender dressed in all black who chased us away while we watched a friend play at the slot machine. We're extremely disappointed and none of us ever plan to return.
