My first visit to Georgia and the hotel was amazing. Tbilisi truly impressed me with its stunning beauty and rich culture. On our last day, getting a massage at the spa was the perfect way to wrap up the trip. Anna at the front desk was incredibly attentive, helping us choose the right massage and showing us the outdoor pool and sauna. Tamara was the best massage therapist I've ever encountered. I truly hope to return one day to experience her skills again—bless your hands! Overall, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back! 🇬🇪❤️✨

I'm really upset. I've signed up for a membership at this spa three times in the last six months, and this time, many of the services included are often unavailable. For four days, I tried to get the jacuzzi to reach the promised 38°C, but it stayed around 31-32°C, like the regular pool. Once it got to 35.9°C, but then it cooled down again, and they even took away the thermometer. Plus, the staff always turn off the jacuzzi when passing by, and it's tough to figure out how to switch it on without instructions. The dry sauna was broken for several days during my 30-day membership, and today, it's only 40°C—same as the cold jacuzzi. Constantly reaching out to staff is exhausting, even though they are friendly and do their best to help by calling technicians. I understand occasional issues, but this is too frequent. I feel the service promised with my membership hasn’t been delivered, and despite being a loyal customer, no compensation or gesture has been offered for these repeated inconveniences.

I've experienced massages worldwide, but this was the worst. The receptionist claimed their "deep tissue" massage was a sports massage, which sounded perfect for us. However, it was far from it. No one asked if I was okay with a male therapist. From the start, I knew it would be 90 painful minutes and a waste of money. The person, who I hesitate to call a masseuse due to the lack of skill, just rubbed oil over me as if trying to start a fire. She had no understanding of anatomy, targeting my spine, knees, shin bones, and even the metatarsals in my feet. It felt more like a bone massage. The pre-consultation form was pointless; she ignored my injured areas and focused on none of the muscles I specified. The head massage was the worst, pulling out strands of my thinning hair. I've never written such a negative review for a massage, but this one truly deserves it.

Раніше нас питали, чи на весь день ми хочемо, чи на три години. Пам'ятаю це точно, бо не хотілося поспішати. Зателефонували, щоб уточнити ціну на три години, а нам кажуть, що тепер можна тільки на весь день. Не розумію, чому минулого разу можна було вибирати, а тепер ні. Розчарована, бо хотіла саме до вас, але 240 ларі за 3 години — це занадто.

A wonderful way to spend the day before flying home.

Nino gave an excellent deep tissue massage, targeting the right areas that needed attention. It was a very professional and soothing experience. Highly recommended. The spa itself is great, featuring a sauna, steam room, hammam, salt room, jacuzzi, and pool.
