Our experience with the car rental service in Tbilisi was fantastic. We rented a two-door Suzuki Jimny for five days to explore Tbilisi and Kazbegi, and everything went smoothly from beginning to end.

The car was clean, in great shape, and had low mileage, which gave us confidence throughout our travels. The Jimny was ideal for the mountainous roads in Georgia and performed excellently during our drives.

What really impressed us was the professionalism of the staff. The delivery and pickup personnel were always on time, friendly, and very courteous. Their customer service was exceptional—they were readily available to assist us and responded quickly to our questions. It felt like a truly professional and customer-oriented operation.

I highly recommend this car rental service to anyone visiting Georgia. If you're planning to venture outside the city, especially to places like Kazbegi, renting a Jimny from them is a great option. We'll definitely use them again on our next trip.

We rented a car for four days, picking it up in Tbilisi and returning it in Batumi. Unfortunately, the experience was not entirely smooth. We informed the company a day ahead that we would arrive at 10:00 instead of 09:00. When we got there, the employee in charge was absent, and we had to wait. Once he arrived, we learned that the Toyota Corolla Hybrid we had reserved was unavailable due to alleged technical issues. This was surprising, as they had our contact information and didn’t notify us beforehand.

Instead of the car we booked, we waited another 30 minutes before being offered a Suzuki S-Cross Hybrid as a substitute. On the bright side, the replacement vehicle was excellent—clean, comfortable, and reliable, handling mountain roads well. The air conditioning functioned perfectly, and we faced no mechanical problems during our trip. The customer support was responsive, with quick answers to calls and efficient communication via WhatsApp.

However, returning the car in Batumi was frustrating. We arrived about an hour early to find the office completely closed, with no one around. There were no designated parking instructions, and it was tough to find a place to wait because all nearby spaces were filled, and the streets were busy. We had to rely on the goodwill of local workers who let us stop on their property until a company representative arrived about 20 minutes later.

When he finally arrived, he was polite and completed the inspection quickly, even giving us a ride to our hotel, which we appreciated. The main issue is not the quality of the replacement car but the poor organization. A confirmed reservation should guarantee the availability of the vehicle, and customers should be informed if it isn’t. Additionally, the return office should not be left unattended when customers are expected. Good car and support staff, but the organization needs improvement at both pickup and return.
