Everything was wonderful. We were very happy with our stay. The breakfast was fantastic, and the view was stunning. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything went beyond our expectations. Definitely recommend!

The room is tidy and cozy, located partway up the mountain in an annex that provides a breathtaking view of the city. However, it’s at the top of many steps, making it unsuitable for those who aren't very fit. It would be even better if the outdoor area was tidied up and cleared of the overgrowth.

We had a fantastic two-week stay at this hotel and were very pleased with our decision. The hotel is situated in a truly exceptional spot, nestled into the hillside just below the historic Narikala Fortress, which has been a guardian of Tbilisi for over 1,500 years. Although the fortress was being restored and partially covered in scaffolding during our visit, it didn't take away from our experience at all. Each day, we observed crowds of visitors making their way to the fortress while we relaxed and took in the stunning views from the hotel terrace.

The hotel's biggest strength is its location and breathtaking views. From the terrace and many rooms, you can see the whole city below, including the red rooftops of the Old Town, the Mtkvari River, historic churches, and modern bridges. The view is especially enchanting at sunset when the city lights start to twinkle. We were fortunate to catch the fireworks for Georgian Independence Day right from our room.

This location is ideal for discovering Tbilisi. The well-known sulfur baths, botanical garden, waterfall, lovely restaurants, and the charming streets of Abanotubani are all just a short 5–7 minute walk away. Freedom Square is about a 20-minute stroll. Despite being so close to all the attractions, the hotel feels more like an authentic historic home rather than a typical city hotel.

With only around 20 rooms, the atmosphere is quiet and intimate. We stayed on the top floor under the roof and found it to be very peaceful and comfortable. We loved the blend of historical charm and modern comforts. There’s even a small museum area on the ground floor showcasing part of an ancient wall.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful during our stay. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the dining area, decorated with vintage Soviet-era items, added a special touch to our experience.

Future guests should note that getting to the hotel involves climbing a number of steps. While this won't be an issue for most travelers, those with mobility challenges may want to keep this in mind.

All in all, this hotel offers a unique mix of stunning views, an excellent location, historical ambiance, and genuine Georgian hospitality. We would be happy to return.

I had a wonderful stay in a charming room with a balcony that offered stunning views of Tbilisi. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome during my entire visit. Each morning, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

During my time in Room 16, I was pleasantly surprised by a lovely cat that would visit me every evening. She would come onto my balcony for a drink from the bathroom tap and sometimes even stayed overnight! Georgia is known for its love of animals, and I was fortunate to make a new furry friend during my stay. She was very friendly, so if you get a visit, please be kind and say hello!

I had a very enjoyable experience and would gladly come back.

Great location in the heart of the old city. I had an incredible view from my room. It's situated on a hill, but I actually think that's a plus.

Мы отдыхали семьей (3 человека, с дочкой 8 лет) в конце декабря 2025 года. Заказали номер с тремя отдельными кроватями, который находится на нижнем уровне. Отель очень красивый и удобно расположен: рядом много достопримечательностей, до метро около 10-15 минут, вокруг много кафе. В самом отеле есть ресторан, где мы завтракали и остались довольны. Выбор блюд большой: каши, пюре, мясные блюда, нарезки, много салатов, овощей, намазок и фруктов. Напитки тоже разнообразные: кофе и компот. Всё было вкусно.

Наш номер находился ниже остальных, и нам предлагали его поменять из-за близости дороги и слышимости машин, но нам были нужны три отдельные кровати, так что мы отказались (шум не был критичным).

В номере было комфортно: работал обогреватель, температура была хорошей. Две кровати стояли при входе, третья — немного в стороне, за санузлом. Шкафа не было, но вешалка и полки нас устроили. Обувь оставляли у двери.

Санузел включал ванну, унитаз, раковину, фен и тёплый пол. В номере также был маленький холодильник, чайник и три бесплатные бутылки воды. С розетками возникли небольшие проблемы, так как рядом с телевизором не было возможности подключить чайник, поэтому мы использовали его возле кроватей. Телевизор показывал немного каналов, но мы им не пользовались.

Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. В отеле есть небольшой лифт и мини-музей рядом с рецепцией.

В целом, рекомендую этот отель как для туристов, так и для командировок.

PS Для персонала отеля: неплохо было бы добавить недостающую плитку в ванной у раковины и подклеить обои при входе, но это не критично и можно исправить за один день.
