I spent three nights at this hotel, and I found a significant contrast between the glowing reviews and my own experience.

I encountered three different receptionists, none of whom were friendly or helpful. The older woman who checked me in made me feel unwelcome, the older man the next day ignored my greeting, and the younger woman on the third day was merely doing her job without any warmth. At least she responded when I had questions.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning either didn't work or was turned off since summer hadn't officially started, even though I was feeling warm and wanted it on.

The location is central but situated in a rundown inner courtyard. It becomes familiar, but it feels unsafe and shabby.

I read reviews saying the owners were welcoming and offered wine, but I experienced none of that. I didn't even get a greeting. Perhaps this treatment is related to language differences or only applies to Georgians and Russian speakers.

We were really happy with our stay. The breakfast was nice, the hotel was clean, and the staff were very welcoming. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, and the location is right in the city center, which is a huge plus. We truly appreciated their genuine kindness and felt completely safe throughout our stay. A special thank you to Christina, who was incredibly sweet and made our day by offering Turkish coffee. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much!

Konaklama için harika bir yer. Personel çok samimi ve dostça. Oda geniş ve aydınlık. Kahvaltı kültürümüze tam uymasa da yine de iyiydi.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They even treated us to some wine. The rooms were spotless and very cozy. Breakfast was decent and filled us up for the day. The private parking is a huge advantage, especially given the central location. The only downside was some noisy neighbors who kept us up late. It would be great if the management addressed this issue. Despite that, I left with a positive impression.

Отель очень чистый и уютный. Соотношение цены и качества отличное. Персонал внимательно относится к посетителям, а завтрак действительно сытный. Есть парковка. При нашем приезде нас угостили бутылкой вина.

In the kitchenette, one of the ladies is incredibly friendly, but the other one acts very mechanically.

It's worth every penny. I really enjoyed it.
