Our experience here was truly wonderful! The service was among the best I've ever encountered. The staff were knowledgeable, calm, patient, and friendly, making everything feel easy. The restaurant has a cozy, romantic atmosphere, enhanced by live piano music. The food was both creative and traditional, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the rabbit as a main dish, and the pine cone dessert was visually stunning. If you're in Tbilisi, this place is a must-visit!

Nous avions réservé une table pour deux et avons été accueillis par le maître d'hôtel. Notre serveur nous a permis de choisir notre table avant de nous conduire dans un cadre chaleureux et délicatement décoré. En guise d'amuse-bouche, nous avons reçu un beurre à l'estragon avec du pain complet et une galette croustillante. Pour commencer le dîner, nous avons partagé une entrée géorgienne avec deux gelées au vin, accompagnées d'un coulis de fromage à l'estragon. Le goût du fromage, adouci par la douceur de la gelée, ravira les amateurs de fromage. Ensuite, nous avons été impressionnés par un mijoté de mouton servi sur un lit de chou, recouvert de fromage et plongé dans une sauce verte. C'était absolument divin. La réflexion et la technique du plat étaient mises en valeur par une exécution parfaite. C'était exactement ce que nous étions venus chercher. Nous avons également goûté de la dinde avec une sauce à l'ail fumée et aux noix, avec du croustillant qui ajoutait une belle texture. Le tout était accompagné de vin blanc et rouge, avec des conseils attentifs de notre hôte qui nous a fait déguster les options pour choisir celui qui nous convenait le mieux.

Nous avons terminé la soirée avec un dessert spectaculaire à la pomme de pin et un dessert au fromage qui était une véritable douceur après ce repas délicieux. La qualité du service, la beauté du lieu et le choix raffiné des couverts ont fait de cette expérience culinaire un souvenir inoubliable de notre séjour en Géorgie.

The concept here is really unique. I tried the eggplant guptas, and the sauce was amazing. The server recommended the turkey for my main dish, which I wouldn't usually choose, but it turned out to be fantastic. The wine pairings were spot on. I'd definitely come back.

It's truly some of the best service I've ever encountered. The food was delicious; I highly recommend the rabbit and mutton dishes we ordered. The atmosphere was lovely with live music, yet quiet enough for a good conversation. I highly recommend this place!

Ein Höhepunkt der Gastronomie. Sehr charmant mit ausgezeichnetem Service. Äußerst aufmerksam, freundlich, ruhig und sicher. Die Speisen sind nicht nur ein Fest für den Gaumen: Die Anrichtung kann man als Kunst bezeichnen.

I was impressed by the presentation of the dishes and the detailed explanations provided by the staff. The welcome was friendly and the food quality was excellent, with generous portions. The atmosphere was well-maintained and casual.

I was really looking forward to dining at this restaurant due to its high rating. I was in Tbilisi for just two days, so I didn’t have much time to explore food options. Unfortunately, I was quite let down by the meals I had here. The first dish, melted cottage cheese with tarragon herbs and wine jelly, was fantastic. It was a unique warm starter, perfect for solo dining. However, the chicken I ordered was way too salty for me to enjoy. It was served with a modern take on khachapuri, which was just a dry piece of bread topped with cheese. If you're hoping for traditional Georgian cuisine, this place might not be the best choice; the menu has a lot of fusion elements, with wine being the only real connection to Georgian food. I have to say, the wine was excellent. As a gesture, they offered me two complimentary desserts. The white dessert was lovely—ice cream with coconut flakes and marshmallows. The baked apple dessert was overly bitter and didn’t pair well with the mango mousse or ice cream (not sure what it was) topped with cherry sauce. I felt welcomed upon arrival, but the staff seemed a bit unhappy when I left. I ended up spending 235 gel and still felt hungry.

L'expérience dans ce restaurant était incroyable. La nourriture était délicieuse, le service était parfait et les musiciens étaient super ! Je reviendrai avec mes amis lors de notre prochain passage à Tbilissi, c'est sûr !
