The staff is super friendly and professional. You always feel welcomed and well taken care of. It's a joy to visit this place.
This is my top branch! ✨ The team here is consistently kind, polite, and friendly. They're always ready to assist, making every visit genuinely enjoyable. Thank you 🙏❤️
Extremely courteous and skilled.
The manager couldn't locate my transfer, even though I could see it in the mobile app. When I inquired about the issue, she ignored me and started a phone conversation without a word of goodbye. Awful service.
The manager I interacted with doesn't speak English at all and seems to take pride in that. The service was terrible. I'm leaving with no plans to return to this place ever again.
👌
This branch is well-equipped and has a lot of staff. They offer good service with fair currency conversion rates and low fees for foreign cards.
The staff is eager to assist, but unfortunately, they do not speak English.
The staff and service here are superior compared to other major banks.
