Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und haben uns super unterstützt. Wir konnten unser Gepäck lagern, während wir auf dem Trek von Mestia nach Ushghuli waren. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr gemütlich, und die Aussicht war einfach herrlich. Vielen Dank!

Отсутствуют полки и шкафы. Обслуживание не на высшем уровне. В некоторых номерах ограниченный вид, а в других – никакого. Завтрак очень скромный. Местоположение близко к центру города. Отношение персонала хорошее, но в отеле немного чего предложить.

A lovely boutique hotel with a lot of charm, but the service and safety aspects fell short. This hotel is located right in the heart of Mestia and features a beautiful garden and a cozy lobby that feels like home. The breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms are cute with thoughtful details.

Unfortunately, a few issues affected our stay. Given its boutique label, we expected a warmer welcome from the front desk staff, but the receptionist barely acknowledged us.

Additionally, there is a significant problem with the shower design. The drainage slope is poorly constructed, leading to a flooded bathroom floor. This is not only inconvenient but also dangerous due to the slippery tiles. When we raised this issue, the response was unhelpful, and we were asked to clean up the mess ourselves.

It's a wonderful property with great potential, but the customer service and maintenance need to be more attentive and professional for a boutique hotel.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt, was es etwas ruhiger macht. Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich im Untergeschoss und ist etwas kühl. Die Bar und der Aufenthaltsbereich sind dafür sehr gemütlich. Toller Blick auf Mestia.

Mestia'daki en rahat ve kaliteli hizmet sunan otellerden biridir. Kalacak bir yere ihtiyacınız olursa tereddüt etmeden tercih edebilirsiniz. Yıllardır burada konaklıyorum ve her seferinde memnun kalıyorum. Konaklama ihtiyacınızdan fazlasını sunan bir mekan.

This was the most charming hotel on our trip to Georgia. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The room had an amazing view. The lounge is comfortable and cozy, perfect for a drink before bed. A great choice if you’re visiting Mestia!

Schönes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal.

This hotel in Mestia is fantastic. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms were snug and comfortable, and the views were stunning, surrounded by mountains. It is perfectly located in the center of the village, just a ten-minute walk from the Mestia Museum. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful area!

Nous avons séjourné ici pendant quelques jours et avons été reçus de manière incroyable. Les chambres sont impeccables, la vue est superbe, et l'accueil est fantastique. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !
