Maybe my expectations were too high, but the whole experience felt a bit off. The staff seemed to hover just a notch over polite, which made things awkward. Perhaps it was just an off day, but I left less cheerful than I entered.

Absolutely charmed by this place! The ambiance is delightful, with friendly staff who really care about your pets. Came here looking for some dog apparel, and the selection was fantastic. They even helped us choose the best food for our furry friends. Truly a gem in the heart of Batumi, I'll be back for sure! Highly recommend to anyone who loves their pets. 🎉

Avoid this place if you value your peace of mind. Walking inside felt like entering a war zone with an overly aggressive dog making it a stressful experience for both me and my pet. Not coming back.

Found what I was after for so long. Pleasant staff, always helpful on the phone or in chat. Even switched up my pet’s food thanks to their great recommendation. Reliable spot in Batumi!

Seeing a staff dog in a strict muzzle inside the pet store was unsettling. While they always have what I need in stock, it's troubling that there's such a lack of awareness about proper pet care in Georgia. Maybe a good book on positive reinforcement for dogs would help.
