I would never suggest anyone rent from this place. But if you do decide to, take photos of all your gear inside the shop with a staff member nearby. Here's why: The equipment is in awful condition—bent poles, broken helmets, and outdated skis. You can see this before you rent. After a week of skiing, I returned the gear only to be mocked by the staff. They laughed, claiming the skis I was returning weren't theirs and had "bad news" for me. I told them they were the exact skis I had taken, but they just laughed more. They even called over a third colleague, who joined in the mockery, asking if the skis were mine since they "didn't give them to me."
I mentioned having photos from the first day with the skis, but my girlfriend, who had them, was late. During those 10 minutes, they kept making fun of me. When she finally showed up with the pictures, clearly showing me with the same skis outside their shop, they still argued. They got an older man on a call, and eventually, they admitted the skis were theirs. They apologized, but the service was horrible. If I hadn't taken the photos, they would have kept insisting they weren't their skis. Absolutely terrible service. They will mock and belittle you even if you're right. I strongly recommend choosing another rental. This is not about getting a refund, but about saving others from this experience.
