The Justice House in Batumi is a multifunctional center offering a wide range of public and private legal services. Operating under the auspices of the Ministry of Justice, we strive to provide high-quality services based on the "one-stop shop" principle.
Our services cover the following areas:
- Legal consultations and registration services;
- Issuance of electronic identity certificates and passports;
- Registration of property, births, and minors.
To ensure efficient and convenient customer service, the space of the Justice House is divided into three main zones:
- Self-service zone: automated systems for independent service acquisition;
- Fast service zone: services that typically take no more than 5 minutes;
- Long-term service zone: for more complex services requiring more time.
We take pride in our customer-oriented atmosphere and aim to minimize waiting times with an integrated electronic queue management system. Information banners and guides in the hall help customers navigate the space easily.
Every day, over 20,000 clients, including local and foreign citizens, visit our 24 branches across Georgia, where more than 450 state services are available. Our goal is to constantly expand and improve the services offered for the maximum convenience and comfort of our clients.
