Связаться с ними — квест. Номер в WhatsApp есть, ответов нет. Куда-то пропали все. Пытался через приложение для бронирования — хуже некуда. Выглядит всё красиво, но получить доступ к этому красивому словно задание из сложной игры. Если так обрабатываются все запросы, сомнительно, что дела наладятся после бронирования.

It's absolutely terrible. I tried reaching out to them via WhatsApp, but there's no response at all. I can't find any other way to make a reservation. I even attempted using a booking app, but they don't seem to care. Why have a phone number if you're not going to reply on WhatsApp?!
