Total disappointment with the pool—constant issues all around. If one thing isn’t broken, another is. When the water’s somewhat warm, it’s dirty. If it’s clean, it’s so cold you’d need to be a polar bear to enjoy it.

The gym might be small, but it could work just fine for some. It depends. The swimming pool looks nice.

They refused to heat the pool, claiming it’s spring, but it’s actually only 2-3°C outside—pretty much winter. This was very disappointing.

The tennis courts are in good condition, though the nets could use an upgrade. I train with Coach Givi and he deserves a separate 5-star rating, as he is an excellent instructor.

Group tennis lessons with Oliko are chaotic. The lights on the outdoor courts are so bright they leave you squinting for the rest of the day. I'm rating it 3 stars instead of 1, thanks to the friendly and courteous coaches like Niko and Rafo.

Terrible place, absolutely filthy! It's incredibly gross! There's black mold everywhere! No proper ventilation at all! Everything is broken down and old! The service is awful! The only thing worth mentioning is the fitness trainer Ira Bors! She's fantastic! I wish she would work somewhere else so I could follow her! I can't stand this dirty and smelly place!!!!!

Tennis teacher Oliko is extremely rude. Tried to talk about payment, and she just hung up on me. Customer service is awful, and the courts are terrible.

Group Tennis Lessons - The Worst Experience. 1. Lessons - Expect to find 10 to 15 people waiting with you. In 5 minutes, you'll maybe hit the ball once or twice. Most of the time, you're just standing in line. 2. The coach doesn't really train. In 8 hours, the only advice I got was about holding the racket. The coach usually sits and watches or chats on the phone. 3. The price is the highest in Tbilisi at 150 GEL per month. 4. The court is nothing special, just an old one. They completely wasted my time. I've switched to individual lessons (35 GEL per session) and renting courts myself (10-20 GEL per hour). Don't waste your time.

Посетили групповые занятия по теннису для начинающих в течение месяца. Цена — 150 лари за человека. При записи обещали не более 8 человек в группе, а в итоге нас 14. Из часа занятия на тренировки ударов отводится всего минут 10, остальное время приходится стоять в очереди. Тренер первые 15 минут подаёт мяч, дальше играем 2 на 2, и всё. На ошибки не указывают, правильному удару не учат. Эффективность была только на первом занятии, когда нас было 6 человек. Все последующие — пустая трата времени и денег, так как толку от них 0. На последнем занятии нас попросили перейти на другой корт из-за уборки, причём это заняло 10 минут, а на новом корте было холодно — под надувным куполом. В итоге те, кто были в лёгкой одежде, замёрзли. Кажется, им плевать на всех, особенно на новичков. Не рекомендую. Лучше арендовать корт в другом месте или нанять частного тренера. Одну звезду только за первое занятие. Остальные заслуживают ноль.

Отель в самом центре Тбилиси – просто находка! Наша группа туристов из Геленджика была в восторге. Приятно удивило наличие бассейна и хамама. Для тех, кто увлечён спортом и придерживается здорового образа жизни, – это отличное место!

Раздевалка ужасно грязная и неухоженная, там легко можно подхватить какие угодно кожные заболевания. Бассейн больше напоминает лужу, а хлорки столько, что через полчаса плавания кожа может начать разлагаться. Полотна какие-то склеенные, лестница узкая и фасадные окна грязные. При этом шапочку надо обязательно носить. Платите уборщику достаточно, чтобы он убрал как следует! Такая запущенная обстановка — просто стыд. Если это ваш стандарт или вы думаете, что нахождение здесь полезно для здоровья, то вы далеки от нормального качества жизни. Мои 40 лари потрачены впустую. Лучше купите себе шапочки, всё остальное у вас ужасно. Сервис отвратительный, как и общее впечатление.

This place is fairly decent and located in the city center. I use the pool and gym, which are both small but clean and pleasant—perfect for those wanting to ease back into exercise and leisurely swimming or training. However, there's black mold in the women's locker room and hamam. This is unacceptable as it endangers visitors' health, so I'm giving it just 1 star. The staff is friendly, and aside from the mold, the place is clean and tidy.

უკვე ორი წელია ვსტუმრობ. რამდენიმე დღის წინ ბარათი დამრჩა. დილით 8 საათზე ვაპირებდი სავარჯიშოდ მისვლას. მთლიანად უცნობი თანამშრომელი შემხვდა და ამიხსნა, რომ ბარათის გარეშე ვერ შევიდოდი. არანაირი ალტერნატივა არ შემომთავაზა, მითხრა, რომ ბარათი ვერ იპოვა და 9 საათამდე ვერაფერს იზამდა, რადგან იმ დროისთვის ვერავინ დაეხმარებოდა. არ იცოდა ერთჯერადი შესვლის საფასურიც კი. საბოლოოდ, ბარათი მაინც მივიღე, მაგრამ ურთიერთობის ხარისხი ძალიან ცუდი იყო. ჩვენი დრო წინასწარ გვაქვს დაგეგმილი და ველი, რომ მომსახურება, მინიმუმ, ნორმალურ დონეზე იქნება. ასეთ უყურადღებობას არანაირი გამართლება არ გააჩნია. სირცხვილია.
