This place is, without a doubt, the finest in the city. The food is exquisite, and the genuine Georgian atmosphere is captivating.

My visit left me with mixed feelings. The waitress, Tako, was kind and attentive, and her service was excellent. However, I was disappointed when the supervisor refused to let me pray in one of the empty rooms, even though it would have only taken two minutes. Coming from the UAE, where tolerance and respect for all religions are highly valued, this was surprising and disheartening. I hope the management considers a more respectful and inclusive approach in the future.

Отличные хинкали и печень на шашлыке. Моё любимое и самое вкусное заведение в Тбилиси. Хожу туда часто. Обожаю сидеть на улице, наслаждаться хинкали с бокалом вина. Персонал очень дружелюбный, общительный в меру.

The food is delicious, especially the meat barbecue. They prepare it using traditional Georgian methods over an open flame and coals with grapevine, which really enhances the flavor.

Среди всех мест в Тбилиси, где мы пробовали грузинскую кухню, это оказалось наилучшим. Особенно после предыдущего дня, когда мы ужинали по соседству в Ethnographer, здесь и еда, и атмосфера оставили более яркое впечатление. Отличным бонусом стала живая музыка. Персонал был очень дружелюбным. Настоятельно советую посетить!

Lively spot with friendly staff. The Megrelian Khachapuri was fantastic, and their home-brewed beer was just as good! However, the Khinkali was merely average. Overall, the place has a great atmosphere and is quite nice.

The soup was incredibly tasty, one of the best I've tried. Choronce was fantastic, and the pizza and meat dishes were also excellent. Well done! I can't wait to come back again and again. This place is a great reason to visit Tbilisi!

We chose this place for its genuine Georgian cuisine and welcoming ambiance. The dishes were tasty, and the atmosphere was cozy, but we noticed that the service towards us as people of color was not as attentive as we had hoped. This was disappointing, and we wish the management takes action to make all guests feel equally valued. Despite this, the food and the surroundings were satisfying.

The staff should be replaced immediately. As for the manager... We ordered 35 khinkali 40 minutes in advance, hoping they'd be ready when we arrived. If you think calling ahead means your order will be prepared on time, think again. Responsibility is not their strong suit. We spoke to the manager about the issue, and she claimed the waitress didn’t even inform her of our arrival, so the khinkali weren’t cooked. To top it off, the manager was defensive and lacked any understanding or remorse. Very unprofessional. They seem inattentive and more like a kindergarten lunch party, though the food is actually good. If you think that's all, they even messed up our drink order, giving me orange juice instead of peach! The atmosphere was mediocre. Staff with microphones? Where’s the formality and respect, you may wonder? They loudly chat through their mics as if we're all one big family. Terrible experience. A complete waste of time.

В Тбилиси самый вкусный шашлык именно здесь, и обслуживание просто отличное.

Ресторан большой и красивый. Пришли вечером, заказали хинкали. Ждали час, но так и не дождались — пришлось уйти. В шоке от такого сервиса. Столько положительных отзывов, а у нас такой негативный опыт. Не думаю, что вернемся. Мои дети особенно расстроены.

The service was terrible and seemed biased towards certain customers. I asked for sauce, and it took them 25 minutes to bring it, even after reminding them three times. Meanwhile, another table got their sauce in 15 minutes. They attempted to justify the delay, but by then, I’d already finished my meal. I absolutely cannot endorse this place. I won't be returning. The place Tsiskvili offers better service and food. The beer here was also quite bad.
