To connect with Georgian folklore, you'll find true experts who know their craft. While the overall experience was enjoyable, I did notice a few minor aspects that could be improved. Nonetheless, it's a great place to delve into the cultural richness.

Центр фольклора в Тбилиси оставил самые яркие впечатления. Удалось полностью окунуться в грузинскую культуру. Атмосфера там потрясающая, чувствуется связь с историей.
The center offers a wide range of activities in different areas, including folk music, traditional chants, oral folklore, choreography, and arts. They focus on finding, researching, and promoting examples of Georgian folk music. They also organize field trips and gather biographies and materials about singers and performers. They put effort into transcribing audio materials and creating collections.
In terms of traditional chants, they work on researching, promoting, and consulting chanters, while copying and publishing original handwritten chants using modern technology. They also transcribe archival audio and publish chant collections.
For oral folklore, they collect, study, and publish Georgian mythology, fairy tales, and legends. In the arts section, they bring together folk artists and organize exhibitions that showcase traditional Georgian life from different regions.
The choreography section focuses on studying and documenting traditional dances using audio, photo, and video, while promoting and processing them both theoretically and practically.
These activities are well-coordinated by the center’s management service, which gathers extensive information from Georgia's regions about folk ensembles and artistic activities.
Overall, I was impressed with their dedication, but felt that access to some materials could be improved.
