The staff is incredibly attentive, and the selection is thoughtfully curated. It's definitely worth checking out if you're after high-quality items.

My time there was fantastic, thanks to the amazing Tako. He's really friendly and has a knack for connecting with people. I've never felt so good after shopping. He's incredibly empathetic and kind, and his patience with both me and my mom was impressive. He's truly a wonderful person, a real hero 🫶🏻.

Great selection in this shop, I highly recommend it (though it's mainly for women's fashion).

Сервис для такого уровня оставляет желать лучшего: никто не встречает на входе, сотрудник продолжает заниматься своими делами. Ненавязчивый подход — это нормально, но не когда приходится самой искать консультанта, чтобы узнать о распродажах и размерах. Сайт не работал, и консультант не смогла рассказать о скидках. Померила несколько вещей, попросила больший размер юбки и топа Anouki, но нашли только топ. Ушла без покупок, а дома, когда сайт заработал, заказала нужные вещи онлайн. В самом шоуруме на многих вещах висят бирки Farfetch — покупают и перепродают? P.S: доставку предложили ждать три дня, но я забрала покупки на следующий день в магазине. Совет менеджменту — улучшите обслуживание. В Тбилиси не так много людей, кто может позволить себе такие вещи, а с плохим сервисом продавать их ещё сложнее.

The customer service in this store is far from satisfactory. Upon entering, neither of the two staff members greeted us or acknowledged our presence. They remained silent, not once asking if we needed assistance or the reason for our visit. Both employees lingered by the wall, avoiding eye contact and looking downward until we were about to leave. At that point, they started conversing with each other, still ignoring us completely. They didn't even bother to say goodbye. It's baffling to think that this is the level of service they find acceptable.

This shop is fantastic, featuring a blend of Russian, Georgian, and international brands. It's elegant and sophisticated, which naturally means it's not cheap.

Не смог пройти мимо! Купил три сумки для своих дам! Место очень уютное, а интерьер завораживает и выглядит прекрасно. Персонал вежливый и знает своё дело.
