Обслуживание ужасное. Сегодня зашла за бобой, и сотрудник на фото сказал подождать 30 минут. Я дождалась, потому что очень хотелось. Но даже через полчаса она сказала, что напиток не готов, и попросила ждать ещё 25 минут. На мой вопрос, почему это так долго, она ответила, что не делает бобу, и продолжила залипать в телефон. Вела себя так, будто её это не касается, и проявила полное неуважение к клиентам. Заставила ждать ещё. Это просто невозможно! Так вы относитесь к клиентам? Как у вас вообще управляются с персоналом?

The tapioca pearls were undercooked, and they didn't have the original variety. There was also an excess of ice. Overall, it's not awful, but it's not really worth the cost either.

Ordered taro milk tea and ended up with what seemed like iced milk instead. Half the cup was just ice, and all I tasted was plain milk—no taro flavor at all. Kept sipping, waiting for the taste to finally hit... but it never did. Honestly, this was the worst bubble tea experience I've ever had. If I wanted cold milk, I would’ve stayed home! 🤣

Когда я пришёл, у них не оказалось тапиоки. Коричневый сахар для бубль-ти, кажется, никогда и не бывает в наличии. Во второй раз вместо него предложили напиток с сиреневым оттенком. Названия не запомнил, но приготовили его странно: насыпали чуть-чуть тапиоки на дно, залили лёд и добавили порошковый ароматизатор, а потом просто молоком разбавили. Получился один из самых небрежных тапиока бубль-ти, которые я когда-либо пробовал. Обычно всё это аккуратно смешивают в шейкере, заливают приготовленным чаем, добавляют карамель по стенкам стакана. А тут — явно лень что-то делать как надо. Самый плохой бубль-ти я, кстати, тоже в Тбилиси пил. Там использовали плохо приготовленную тапиоку, смешали её с чаем и молоком и спросили только, достаточно ли будет сахара.

Ужасный сервис, поднялись на фудкорт, а кассир исчезла с рабочего места. Никакой таблички и номера телефона она не оставила. Ждали больше часа. Свободных мест не было. 🤬

Why are the prices so steep? Nearly a third of my cup was just syrup. This awful blend was undrinkable; I had to leave it. Despite being the only customer, the server completely ignored me.

The bubble tea here is terrible. Most items on the menu are never available. I've come several times, and each time the options decrease. The drinks are overloaded with sugar and have odd flavors. The staff is rude.

The boba here is the worst I've ever had. I got the Taro milk boba, but it didn't taste like taro milk at all. It was extremely sugary and undrinkable because the syrup wasn't dissolved. The boba pearls were jelly-like and cold. The girl selling it was rude and ignored the customers. I'm shocked this place has a high rating.

The boba is truly AWFUL. You can literally taste the sugar, and the boba pearls feel like jelly. The service was just okay; the girl working there wasn't very friendly. As someone visiting from America who has been drinking boba for a year, this was actually disgusting. I wouldn't even recommend it to an enemy.

The experience in the food court was awful. I bought a drink that was overly sweet, and after just a few sips, I had to discard it. The staff was completely indifferent to my feedback. Very disappointed with the service and product quality. Wouldn't recommend it.

The bubble milk is truly awful. The syrup is overwhelmingly sweet, masking any other flavors. I barely managed two sips before tossing it out. Don't waste your money here!

Trying Bubble tea for the first time was an amazing experience. The Mango Bubble Tea was incredibly fresh and delicious. You should give it a try! :)

Bubble tea здесь великолепный. Тапиока приготовлена идеально и очень вкусна. Есть много различных вкусов на выбор. Персонал доброжелательный. Особенно рекомендую манго и кора.

ужасный напиток, детям даже не пробуйте давать. в казахстане пробовал фруктовый микс, там был настоящий фруктовый сок и сами фрукты с бубльками — было вкусно. а здесь детям предложили что-то мерзкое, с порошком, который оставался во рту, и бубльки были не доготовлены, водянистые. ни в коем случае не давайте это детям! понял, что в грузии качество определяется только упаковкой и рекламой.

The matcha bubble tea was terrible. It tasted really bad, and the bubbles were disgusting. It was extremely hot, with no ice at all. The original flavor wasn't any better – no syrup or anything to sweeten it.

I tried the passion fruit, and it was really not tasty. The tapioca balls were disappointing and not sweet at all.

They use powder instead of real fruits or berries. The largest size is priced at 12.5 GEL.

Tried the regular milk tea with pearls. The tea was decent, but the tapioca seemed stale and was overly chewy.

The tapioca pearls weren't as chewy as they should be; they seemed undercooked. The milk was alright, but the sweetness and mango flavor were too faint. I had to wait over 15 minutes just to get my drinks.
