Located on the old Gudauri side, getting there can be a bit of a journey. The ski-in and ski-out feature is only useful when there's enough snow. We mostly ended up hiking, which is challenging in ski boots but manageable in snowboard boots. The food is tasty, and the views are spectacular. However, the constant noise from trucks on the road is noticeable, and the dogs can be quite loud at night. Still, it's not a bad place overall.

The setting is quite pleasant, with the restaurant offering stunning views and tasty food. The staff were friendly, though not very talkative, yet there was nothing to complain about. While the menu is somewhat limited, it includes the typical options you'd expect to find in Gudauri. The alley between the buildings is charming, especially when freshly covered in snow. I can't really comment on how it is during the summer.

Gece saat 4'te arkadaşımın horlamasından dolayı boş bir oda veya yatak istedim, ama yardım etmediler. Aslında kayak malzemelerinin olduğu koridorda boş deri koltuk varmış. Останавливались на три ночи. Завтрак был ужасный, а персонал очень грубый и равнодушный. После катания на лыжах не позволили воспользоваться сауной без дополнительной платы. Ещё такого плохого отеля не встречал! Кроме этого, до подъёмников далеко, и с лыжами пришлось изрядно потрудиться пешком. Очень разочарован!

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The view of the snow-covered mountains during winter was stunning and unforgettable, truly like stepping into a winter wonderland. Special thanks to Mr. David, the manager, whose friendliness and hospitality made our visit even more special. He took the time to explain everything about the hotel and the local area, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, with all the amenities needed for a perfect getaway. For anyone planning a winter trip to Gudauri, this place is a top pick. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Ужасное место! Сначала хотели заселить в более дешевый номер, хотя в подтверждении был указан номер с видом на горы. Администратор нагло заявил, что за такие деньги вид на горы не положен. Добились переселения в оплаченный номер, но он оказался грязным: постельное бельё мятое и с чужими волосами, пол весь в крошках и волосах, туалет с признаками использования. В номере ничего нет: ни чайника, ни полотенец, ни воды. Администратор сказала, что других номеров нет и убираться никто не будет — горничные ушли. Еле добилась замены белья и одного рваного полотенца, уборку обещали на следующий день. На следующий день номер так и не убран, администратор ответила грубо, заявив, что убираться никто не будет. Ни извинений, ни сожалений. В итоге переехала в замечательный отель Tsiga и всем его советую.

Другие минусы: матрас ужасный — твёрдый, с выпирающими пружинами, ночью не смогла уснуть. Завтрак бедный и невкусный, много пустых тарелок, ничего не добавляют. Кофе — только растворимый. Цены в ресторане минимум на 30% выше, чем в других местах, а сервис и интерьер оставляют желать лучшего. Указанный ски-ин/ски-аут реально подходит только опытным лыжникам, новички или дети могут травмироваться. Хранилище для оборудования расположено в коридоре, сушилок нет, и утром обувь такая же мокрая, как и вечером.

Прекрасное место! Находится близко к зелёной трассе. Легко добраться до первого подъёмника и в город, а также съехать с трассы прямо в отель. Уютные номера и высококлассный персонал! Рекомендую!

Доехать до отеля, не рискуя повредить днище машины, было бы желательно. Если бы они убрали свою территорию, сделали подъезд безопасным и удобным, я бы поставил высшую оценку. Про номера сказать особо нечего — стандартно, как и везде. Но терраса, покрытая снегом, по которому легко поскользнуться и получить травму, — это минус к обслуживанию. Всего-то надо взять лопату и убрать снег, а лучше регулярно очищать его, как только он выпадает, и проблем не будет. Ресторан приятный, и расположение хорошее, с видом. Но выйти и насладиться им сложно, потому что всё скользкое, и тут уже без навыков балансирования не обойтись, чтобы не упасть.

Walked into a restaurant in Gudauri for lunch. The staff was extremely rude. It felt racist, as they spoke differently to white customers and we were the only brown-skinned people there. Whatever we tried to order was unavailable. Asked for a large bottle of water and was told to find it in a supermarket. Left feeling frustrated.

Visited with my family. The service, the staff, everything was incredible, totally 5-star. The restaurant was excellent, and the team there was incredibly friendly. Haven't experienced such hospitality even in Tbilisi. The people in Gudauri were just fantastic. However, it is a bit away from the superstore, so if there's a stormy night, you might not be able to go to the store.

Great accommodations, comfortable rooms, and a delightful breakfast.

This hotel offers great convenience. It's just a short walk from the ski area and about 10 minutes to a nearby shopping center. You can rent ski equipment right at the hotel. There's also a restaurant, along with a sauna and spa facilities.

Our reservation was canceled without any reason.

The room was quite spacious and the view was amazing. However, it was easy to overhear conversations from adjacent rooms and outside. If, like me, you are a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs. The breakfast was average. The receptionist was truly outstanding! She was very friendly, helpful, and greeted everyone with a warm smile.

We enjoyed two fantastic nights at this hotel. The mountain view from our room was stunning. It's conveniently located near the ski area, making it easy to walk there. The food was delicious and reasonably priced compared to other places. The staff at both the reception and restaurant were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were quiet and cozy. We are eager to return.

The restaurant serves a buffet breakfast with a wide selection of fruits, vegetables, juices, and bread. The view of the snowy mountains from the deck is stunning! It's also very close to the ski resort, just a 10-minute walk.
